There are at least 3 artists sharing this name: 1) New Wave/Synthpop band from North London, produced by Vince Clarke and Eric Radcliffe's label Reset records. They released the single "T.V Glare" which became a huge dancefloor hit in the mid 80s. 2) Absolute, AKA M.I.K.E., is Mike Dierickx. Formerly known as Dirk Dierickx, he resides in Antwerp, Belgium. In 2000, he decided to change his real name from Dirk to Mike.
