1.) Delegation is a german hip-hop Group from Mainz consisting of Buddy Beck's and Rolex. 2.) R Harris was one of the singers. He lived in Nuneaton. Their manger also managed the Real Thing. R Harris was a really nice bloke with a great voice. His daughter also could sing. 1977 !
