Obsidia is an Austrian gothic metal band. The basic idea of Obsidia has been in Sir Iwain’s (guitar, grunts) mind for quite a while. In 2004 he put, together with Lucrezia (vocals), this idea into practice and the first two songs Leif Eriksson and Sound of Norns were created. After some busy months in front of the computer they recognized that it was time to play these songs in a band. Soon (spring 2006) Tajy (keyboards) and Moni (guitar) joined them and Obsidia was born.
